We are informing you that there have been some changes made to the Terms of Service for YalliYalli.
1. Main changes
A. Article 3 User types and qualifications
1) Added the clause that upon membership withdrawal, the user's information will be deleted, and all points will be dissolved and unable to be restored or used.
2) Added the clause that if there are any tutees with booked sessions upon membership withdrawal, those sessions will be automatically canceled.
3) Added the clause that if there are any tutors with booked sessions upon membership withdrawal, the withdrawal will not be permitted.
B. Article 6 Points adding and refund
1) Changed the added points expiration period (10 years from the last purchase date → 5 years from the last date of points adding).
2) Set the expiration period of free points (1 year from the date received, or have a separate expiry date set).
3) Changed the refund period for added points (within 60 days of the purchase date → within 7 days of the purchase date).
C. Article 7 Test Prep service usage and refund
1) The Dashboard cannot be purchased with Points, it has to be purchased directly.
2) The Dashboard is non-refundable.
D. Article 8 Content purchase and refund
1) Content purchase and refund policy added (Points refund is possible within 7 days of purchase)
